Wetlands
  • Wetland delineation – Statewide methodology defined in Delineation of Landward Extent of Wetlands and Surface Waters (F.A.C. 62-340) and federal methodology defined in Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual (1987)

  • Wetland impact analysis – Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM)

  • Wetland mitigation plans – Design and create mitigation plans

  • Mitigation monitoring – Monitor mitigation sites and submit reports to local government, Water Management District, and ACOE

Permitting
  • Local, state, and federal environmental permitting – Environmental Resource Permitting and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Clean Water Act Section 404 Permitting

Wildlife
  • Protected species surveys and permitting – Survey and permit commonly found and rare listed species in Florida 

  • Gopher tortoise permitting and relocation - Certified FWC Gopher Tortoise Authorized Agent
